- At least five years of proven bartending experience
- At least one year of proven managerial experience within the food, beverage and events management sectors
- At least two years of proven supervisory experience in the food, beverage and events management sectors
- Owner, partner, investor in an F&B or nightlife outlet
- Hospitality management junior or senior student
- Holder of the "Advanced-Level Certificate" issued by BEE. Concepts s.a.r.l
